great stay but breakfast drama could use some work

Rooms are spacious with chic decor. Staff is super friendly, and the bar offers a delightful selection at good prices.

Breakfast had some major hits and misses.

Everything was beautiful, personnel was amazingly nice. Booked a room with exceptional views of downtown. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was amazing. Hotel's location was great and stunning, to the forum from. There was Pret a Manger nearby, offering quick meals...

the location is marvellous, specially if you want to stay right by bars and restaurants. the place to have lunch approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel is the gorgeous kitchen.

The property here is stunningly beautiful, and the staff working the night shift are incredibly kind.

The property was high-class with a personable night shift staff. I really enjoyed my stay, and the setting was fantastic—close to numerous restaurants, activities, and the Pabst tourist area. It was also near many great breweries.

Staff and location were very good, and all in all I liked this hotel. The rooms with comfy furniture, a king size bed. Coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge were a nice touch.

We thoroughly enjoyed being here. Had an EXCELLENT stay on a family vacation, everything was good. the hotel room was spotless with a great view. It had coffee & tea making machines and a fridge. This location was great and stunning, close enough to so many bars, downtown, freeway, and restaurants.

I was able to walk to the Miller High Life Theater for an amazing concert, and I loved how everything was within a 10-minute stroll, including the vibrant BMO Harris Bradley Center and other performance venues; the hotel itself was comfortable with a great breakfast and friendly staff, making my stay really enjoyable, but the noise from other guests could be disruptive at night.

Great location for exploring casinos and bars, plus comfortable rooms with cozy beds.

The property is top-class and nicely decorated. the employees on the night shift are affable. There are great food choices for breakfast. the location is perfect and near the cute Pabst tourist area and many bars.

The service was outstanding. the location is amazing and excellent, close to the Fiserv Forum and downtown. the rooms are brand-new, huge, and come with a microwave, king-size bed, and a great view.

This place is conveniently located near downtown and the Harley-Davidson Museum, with a welcoming and friendly staff.
